Before start of production
This is a critical time for ensuring the proper quality of your product, no matter whether you are a owner or a contractor. We can participate in:

• Pre-qualification of contractors and sub-contractors
• Review of requirements for production and product together with owner and contractor.

Before the welding work starts, we review:

• QA/QC-system for the welding work, inclusive welding plans and inspection plans
• Welders' certificates and material certificates
• Procedures for welding, heat treatment and NDT

During welding
We are present on-site, where welding is carried out. We check:

• Materials and welding consumables
• Joint preparation and tack welding
• Welding data during welding
• The finished weld
• Heat treatment and non-destructive testing

After completion of welding work

• We inspect piping systems by line walk and we witness pressure tests 
• We review the as-built documentation and close all deviations
• We sum up our mutual experience with our customer.
